No longer are you limited to looking at the bibliographies that are in the books themselves. With the MS Word file, you can search for specific authors and the various books that contain their works.For example, if you are writing a biography on an individual, you can quickly peruse a person's life by looking for books containing the individual's name or even one of his or her works. Additionally, you can easily review the information you have regarding that person and their work. In the process, you may come across some names that you may have not known about.The MS Word file is the best choice for those who wish to search through all the literature on an individual. No longer will you have to wade through a thousand pages to get to one specific work. You can simply open the MS Word file and read the book you need.It is a good idea to use an MLA format file when reviewing books written by authors and individuals that you are familiar with. For example, there are books written by people that you know and you may want to read them. However, in doing so, you will have difficulty finding any bibliographies that are in the books themselves. The MS Word file can be an effective tool for you in this situation.For those who choose to use an MS Word file to locate works on different writers and on different authors, it is imperative that you have a familiarity with the language of the written word. To do this, simply look up the author's name or the title of the book in the MLA format. Once you have chosen the appropriate book or author, simply open the MS Word file and read the book.A single index card is adequate for researching an entire book, but for those who are more inclined to reviewing books on a regular basis, there are individual cards that can be utilized to do a n MS Word Annotated Bibliography. In other words, you may choose to use two separate cards in order to conduct your research.It is important to note that the MS Word Annotated Bibliography does not compare favorably to the use of a traditional book bibliography. For one thing, you cannot go back and retrieve materials that you may have missed. In fact, it is not uncommon for the bibliography to contain references that may be obsolete, inconsistent or inaccurate.In addition, it is important to realize that the MS Word Annotated Bibliography is somewhat restrictive in comparison to a traditional bibliography. In other words, it will not include all of the bibliographies that are available in a traditional book bibliography. However, if you are only researching an author or an entire book, it is certainly a valuable addition to your library.
